Handling instructions
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 8 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and cook within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement). Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
