Inspired by Italian baking heritage, this classic gluten free polenta cake is packed with ground almonds, butter, orange zest and toasted pistachios. The sponge traybake is then finished with a light drizzle of orange icing. Honeybuns cakes are handmade in small batches at our dedicated gluten free bakery in Dorset. These premium traybakes, pre cut into 16 portions, are created with foodservice and hospitality in mind. Thaw and serve means minimal wastage.
